About this blog

For a number of years I've been working in development research measuring crucial, but not so 'palpable' things, like poverty, social exclusion, development, gender. This blog is created for sharing interesting things related to measuring of such soft, 'unmeasurable' things. This is a mirror of blog run on my personal page. The blog is written simultaneously in English and Russian languages. This blog is my personal project and reflects my personal opinion. It is no way linked with my employers, current or previous.
